In striving for equality in personnel development at all levels, the equal opportunities officer is on hand to advise, accompany the application procedure from the advertisement of the vacancy to the interviews and points out the goals of gender equality policy.

In this context, the possible of further qualifications, reintegration concepts and career development are discussed.

The processes and development in human resources are based on the trustful cooperation with the Chancellor of the UAS Kiel, the human resources department and the personnel representatives.

The equal opportunities officer participates in nearly all human resources processes. Each of the faculties is represented by its own equal opportunities officer.
