    • Goal setting:
      • In today’s knowledge-based society, the professional handling of the resource knowledge is significant for success. In an organisational unit like such as a company, knowledge management is includesing various activities: gaining, using, saving and sharing knowledge. The gained findings gained on how to handle knowledge rightly can be implemented diversely and be used for strategic corporate governance. Here, we want to point to the examples of relationship management, the preservation of knowledge related to demographic change or the context of corporate financing.
      • With the project we want to encourage and support companies and organisations to show their knowledge and use it more efficiently. The goal of this project is to systematically provide information about the possibilities of managing intellectual capital and showing the chances of accounting this capital.
      • Our strategic goal is to improve the sensibility and acceptance for the economic factor of intangible capital in the region. The project is a starting point for a dynamic, sustainable and transboundary development process of the next few years which will set significant impulses for the separate actors and the region in general. You could call it a „“WIN-VIN“”-situation.

    • Goal setting:
      • Wissensmarkt WIN-VIN is placesing its focus on knowledge transfer. Only a third of knowledge is transferred by formal learning. Practical knowledge and additional personal and individual skills are complementing the formal technical and methodical knowledge. It is the goal of the project Wissensmarkt WIN-VIN to support these dimensions of knowledge with models and initiate pilot projects. How is does the region handleing all of our collective knowledge? How do we identify, apply, store and share it?
      • The project Wissensmarkt WIN-VIN plans to develop a scientific training, develop and implement an innovative concept for informal learning, initiate pilot applications from scientific findings and encourage a structural organised knowledge transfer. We also want to initiate a service offer for companies, organisations and persons, build a knowledge market for networking activities and form an innovative communication concept. This concept is based on the motto ‘Sharing instead of Informing’, so that all people in our region can participate, use and develop our knowledge pool together.
