1st semester of study:

  • Introduction ot the Discipline and Profession of Social Workt (length: 2 semesters)
  • Intersectional Perspektives on Life Situations and Living Envorinments (length: 2 semesters)
  • Introduction to the Scientific Fundamentals of  Social Work
  • Professional Ethics Fundamentals of Social Work
  • Pedagogical and Sociaological Fundamentals
  • Interdisciplinary Courses (elective module, studied from 1st to 6th semester)*

2nd semester of study

  • Diagnostics and Case Comprehension
  • Communication and Advice I
  • Political and Economic Fundamentals
  • Practical Training I (field of work freely slectable)

3rd semester of study

  • Research in Social Work I
  • Aesthetics and Media Education in Social Work I
  • Communication and Advice II
  • Psychological and Socio-medical Fundamentals

4th semester of study

  • Research in Social Work II
  • Aesthetics and Media Education in Social Work II
  • Individual and Group-Related Forms of Action in Social Work
  • Community Work and Social Space-Oriented Forms in Social Work
  • Social Law and Civil law Fundamentals

5th semester of study

  • Theoretical Fundamentals of Specialisations (elective module, length: 2 semesters)
  • Konceptional Exercises in Specialisation and Practical Training II (elective module, length: 2 semesters)
  • Law in Social Work: focus-related fundamentals (elective module)

6th semester of study

  • bachelor's thesis

*10 LP interdisciplinary courses are studied from the 1st semester and are selectable from the university offer of courses
