Fees

There are no tuition fees at Kiel University of Applied Sciences.

However, we charge a semester fee every term. There is also an enrolment fee that has to be paid for the enrolment at the requested study course.

On the day of enrolment, evidence needs to be submitted regarding the payment of the semester fee and the enrolment fee. The bank details and the values must be clearly visible.

It is possible that additional costs for the individual study courses are charged (e.g. media usage fees, study fees). You will find more information in the respective course offerings.

Semester fee

The semester fee is composed of a total of 274,90 euros:

  1. for the Student Services Authority (Studentenwerk, 63.00 euros),
  2. for the Students' Union (Asta 10.00 euros),
  3. for the semester ticket (currently 200.00 euros) per semester (enrolment/re-registration) and
  4. for the regional "culture ticket" (1.90 euros).

For the Faculty of Agriculture and all online study courses, the semester ticket is waived, so that the semester fee comes to 74.90 euros in total.

When you make the bank transfer from another European country always use the

Enrolment fee

We charge an administrative fee for the enrolment of 100.00 euros.
