The Bachelor's degree course runs over a peroid of seven semesters and is divided into three parts. During the first four semesters the students complete foundation courses which give them a thorough grounding in all aspects of agricultural sciences. The fifth semester students must complete an 16-week placement in a related field. After they return, students are required to specialise by selecting at least seven options and by taking two seminar courses. They conclude their degree course by submitting a Bachelor's Theses and passing a viva with a presentation.
