Conditions of Use
1. | General conditions | |
1.1 | The climbing hall may only be entered with clean sport shoes with light-coloured soles. | |
1.2 | The changing rooms of the climbing hall can be used to change. Bags may be taken into the climbing hall. | |
2. | Usage authorisation | |
2.1 | The usage of the climbing wall is only permitted under supervision of employees of the climbing hall. | |
2.2 | Persons are authorised if they have a recognised climbing certificate from the UAS Kiel and the course participants with guidance from qualified employees. | |
3. | Safety | |
3.1 | The usage of the climbing wall is subject to currently valid safety guidelines. | |
3.2 | The climbing hall may only be used with the appropriate equipment. | |
3.3 | Steps and handles may not be altered by users. Loosened and/or damaged handles and other visible damages of objects that belong to the climbing wall must be reported immediately. | |
3.4 | Only carbines, belts and other materials provided by the supervisor may be used. If personal gear is used, it be approved by a supervisor. | |
4. | Liability | |
4.1 | Users of the climbing wall climb on their own risk. | |
4.2 | Users are liable for damage caused. This applies also to children and adolescents where the parents are liable. | |
4.3 | The UAS Kiel assumes no liability for lost or damaged devices or clothes. | |
5. | House rules | |
5.1 | House rules are enforced by the responsible supervisors. Their instructions are to be obeyed unconditionally. | |
6. | Cleanliness and tidiness | |
6.1 | Please use the rooms and devices of the climbing hall carefully and properly. | |
6.2 | Please do not use open magnesia on the climbing wall. | |
