Corporate Policy

The central task of corporate management and corporate policy is to secure the long-term future viability of its company. To do so, an adequate corporate strategy and a concrete competitive strategy that address and answer the conditions of the global environment and the specific industry need to be developed to secure and realise the companies’ competitive advantages permanently. Each semester students of the module corporate policy are working on strategical analyses for partner companies in small groups. They work on proposals for the strategic orientation of the company in competition by considering all object and management functions. It is a win-win situation for all involved – students as future junior executives can expand their competencies; companies get receive a sound and cost-free (!) support.
