Natascha Kupka holds a professorship in Business and Insolvency Law at the Faculty of Business.

She is a legal scholar, a certified mediator, and a trained facilitator in Nonviolent Communication according to Marshall B. Rosenberg.

Her teaching areas include business law, insolvency law, and restructuring law.

She is responsible for the interdisciplinary elective module Sustainable Corporate Culture and, within the Human Resources specialization, for the module Systemic Coaching, Mentoring, and Other Leadership Techniques. This module covers topics such as sustainable negotiation, de-escalation strategies and conflict prevention, alternative dispute resolution (including mediation), and self-competence.
