Tickets & Service

The prices for the individual shows are generally between 8 and 18 euros (excluding special events).The admission price for each show can be found on the show information page.

Discounts are available for the unemployed, trainees, families of 4 or more (min. 2 children), Förderverein Computermuseum, volunteers, refugees, mediaproducer.net.e.V., school pupils, severely disabled persons, senior citizens aged 65 and over and students.

Tickets are available 30 minutes before the start of the event at the Mediendom box office. Cash payment or payment by EC card with PIN is possible at our box office. We cannot accept credit cards. It may be possible to purchase against invoice at the box office.

You can book tickets for specific seats in the online reservation system. The reservation is valid until ten minutes before the start of the event. (Tickets for concerts are only available in advance).

Alternatively, you can purchase tickets in advance at no extra charge. A postage fee of €5 is charged for postal delivery. Special events are exempt from this rule. Here, both the surcharge and the postage fee are waived.
Sold tickets cannot be canceled.

If you order by e-mail, please remember to include the billing address and, if applicable, the number of discounted tickets. It is helpful for us if you also state your telephone contact details.

Please note that a reservation by e-mail only becomes valid once we have sent you a confirmation!

Tickets can be purchased during box office opening hours at the Mediendom (30 minutes before the start of each event), during opening hours at the service office of the Kulturinsel Dietrichsdorf, Schwentinestr. 26, by telephone or by e-mail.

The event usually lasts 60 to 75 minutes. The title of the event depends on the topic of the main part. In a number of productions, we supplement the main theme, e.g. with a live presentation of the current starry sky.  

Children's programs last 50 to 60 minutes.

The room temperature in the media dome is a constant 22 °C. However, the temperature can appear cooler due to the ventilation and the resulting draught. We therefore recommend that you adjust to a slightly cooler room temperature.

Protection of minors: If no FSK rating is given, our events are information and educational programs in accordance with §14 JuSchG or events that have received an FSK rating without age restriction.
