The Hydropuls PZ 200/400 is a universal, hydraulic driven testing plant for both static and dynamic full scale experiments. The machine is full cardanic connected to a gantry frame which is attached to a base plate foundation. The foundation is completely isolated from the building.

This machine is especially useful for static and dynamic experiments, uniform and variable load range, e.g. block programs, and random loads on semi complex full scale specimens.

Resonance frequency machine Power Swing 100 MAG is a universal electromagnetic excited resonance test plant for the execution of oscillating tension/pressure, bending and/or torsional experiments at components and material samples.

Measuring Plants

The Mobile Measuring Device M.A.R.S. 516-N is produced by J.E.T Systemtechnik for In Situ measurements.

The universal applicable computer is an all-metal machine with self-sustaining electrical power supply. It is vibration resistant and splash water protected.

Measurements of:
6 full Wheatstone bridges (strain gauges)
6 acceleration signals (ICP – channels)
4 voltage- and frequency inputs (±30V)

Software: DASYLab 2020

 

The machine's predominant use is for analyses of different operating conditions: e.g. vibration analyses, speed- and power measurements.

Vibration measurements are currently assessed according to e.g. ISO 6954, ISO 10816, DNV Comfort Class, ABS Comf, GL Harmony Class and GL Machinery Installations.

2 local signal recorder MGCPlus by HBM are a laboratory measuring equipment for simultaneous recording of up to 128 measuring points each at a sample rate of max 9600 Hz.

16 slots for measuring of, for instance, linear strain gauges, Wheatstone half and full bridges, inductive testing devices.
Connected with a measuring computer with the Software „Catman AP“ (Version 3.4)

The recorder helps controlling the distortion-, temperature-, acceleration- and torsion sensors as well as strain gauges.

Further Equipment

The laboratory floor is a slot plate, constructed as a Strong Floor. The floor is based on 12 piles, each founded 12 m deep and isolated from the building.
