Diversity
The Diversity Representative supports the university in its endeavours to promote equality within a fair working environment for all its lecturers, support staff and students. She is committed to enabling non-discriminatory structures and social justice at the university and offers anti-discrimination counselling for all university staff and students.
The Diversity Representative provides information on and raises awareness about such topics as:
- social background
- racist structures
- disability and/or chronic disease
- sexual orientation and gender diversity
- religion and belief
- age
- multiple discrimination and intersectionality
- dealing with experienced or observed discrimination at the university
