We are international!
The International Club of the International Office is a meeting point for all students at Kiel University of Applied Sciences. We offer various exciting events during the semester time. All the students at Kiel University of Applied Sciences have the opportunity to make new contacts and get to know other cultures. Would you like to be there? Frequent Events
International Chitchat
Do you study at Kiel University of Applied Sciences and would like to establish more contacts with other students at Kiel University of Applied Sciences? Then feel free to come to our international round table: a meeting between local and international students in a relaxed atmosphere, where students can exchange experiences and get to know other worlds and cultures better.
Registration is required so that we can reserve enough places in the chosen restaurant early enough.
No registration fee, but everyone bears the costs for their own orders at the restaurant.

International Dinner
Do you want to taste the world in Kiel?
Come to our International Dinner, where each participant prepares and brings a dish from their home country to share with other international students in a potluck.
Registration will be necessary so that we can reserve a suitable room in time.
No registration fee, but everyone must bring a snack or food from home.

Movie Night
Are you a film fan and would like to watch a film with other international students?
We regularly offer a film in English in cooperation with Bunker-D. Our next film will be announced soon, after final planning.

International Gaming Afternoon
Do you like to play board- or card games with friends or family? Would you also like to play with other students at Kiel University of Applied Sciences? Then come along to our event and enjoy the time.
Some board games and card games will be provided. But you are also welcome to bring your own games if you have some. It's always nice when we can experience something new.
We will organise coffee, tea and a few snacks. Feel free to bring your own refreshments.
Registration is not necessary, but recommended. Everyone is welcome. Please bring your student ID or International Club membership card with you.

Let's cook together!
Would you like to get to know special dishes and desserts? You are cordially invited to take part in our International Cooking Night event.

International Summer Barbecue
Every summer we will pick a day with good weather and have a barbecue together on campus (Sokratesplatz). We will take care of good music. Just bring a good mood and enjoy the time!
Soft drinks at cost price will be organised. A few goodies will be provided for the barbecue. You are also welcome to bring your own food.
Registration will be necessary so that we can plan and organize everything on time.

International Christmas Party
Every winter we will celebrate together at Christmas time. In the winter semester 2023/24 we had a great time at our Christmas party and a lot of fun! You can take a look at the photos of the evening on this page.
Would you like to join us? You are very welcome.
Soft drinks and punch at cost price will be organised. There will also be some snacks for you. You are also welcome to bring your own food.

Trip / Excursion (International Weekend to Berlin)

International Karaoke Night
Do you feel like singing with us before the semester begins? Then book our new event Karaoke night and join us singing.
Registration is necessary. Please bring your student ID with you.
